  Our condo and the facilities were top notch. The condo was clean, well furnished, and spacious. The different views were spectacular all day and night long, beginning with the sun rising over the mountain tops in the morning, and ending with the colors of the lights of the city at night. All the buildings and grounds were well maintained. The staff members we met were very pleasant and helpful. We got some good videos of a mama bear and her cub in the parking lot one night. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back to the Highlands when visiting the mountains in the future.

  It would be hard to argue that this is the best condo facility in the smokies. The unit was extremely clean, provided all the necessities, and the public facilities were 2nd to none! Everything inside the unit is very high end yet very comfortable. The views from both our unit and from the patio deck/pool looked like a post card. The check in and check out process was seamless and getting there was very easy both from downtown or from Pigeon Forge. This was our first stay at the Highlands, but absolutely will not be our last. We look forward to seeing the views from this beautiful destination in the fall.
