This condo features an open floor plan with comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, a dining table with seating for 6 plus 4 seats at the bar, a spacious kitchen, a private balcony (perfect for morning coffee or an evening wine down), and 9-10-foot-high ceilings.

This single-level vacation rental boasts three king bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom. Each bathroom features a custom tile shower and the master includes a soaking tub, two bathrooms include double vanities.

  Amazing. Incredible. Perfect. Beautiful. I could stop there but I wont, the Highlands deserve more. The entire experience, from the grounds, to the room, to the views, spectacular. Literally everything about our stay was what we needed, what we wanted or even went past what we expected. You overlook Gatlinburg and the Smokies, your within a 10 minute drive to the park entrance and downtown, and you have everything you need in the condo to create a comfortable, memorable trip!

  The unit is brand new so everything is on top top shape! The view from the unit looks directly at the mountains. I think it is the best view in all of the Smokies!!! Wes, the manager, was so helpful answering all our questions and showing us another unit we want to rent in the future. The fire pit at night has an awesome view of the lit up city of Gatlinburg! The hot tub was large, clean and also had a great view of the mountains and city

  The condo was beautiful. The furnishings and decor made us feel right at home. The beds were very comfortable and the dual shower heads in the master bathroom were an added bonus! We took advantage of the free tickets and enjoyed Dollywood, ziplining, rafting on the Pigeon Forge River and more. We enjoyed (from a distance) watching the black bear who seemed to hang out around the condo. The only issues we had were a couple wastebaskets not emptied when we arrived and a text I sent to management about an issue with a ceiling fan that was never responded to. My husband, granddaughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo and would highly recommend it.
