  Very clean and spacious condo with amazing views of the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg! The condo is located close to the Gatlinburg by-pass and yet close to the city of Gatlinburg. The condo was 1400 sq ft but felt larger. The kitchen was equipped with top notch appliances and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The Living room fireplace was an added touch. The beds were very comfortable. The large windows in the Living Room and Bedroom allowed a beautiful view of the Mountains. The Master Bathroom soaking tub was so relaxing. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pits and Hot Tub as well. The employees were very nice and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Highlands!

  I don’t want to say this too loudly (shhhh!) but, I loved this place! The view of the mountains and the city lights at night was the equivalent of Aspen or Vail. My stay was magical.The condo is immaculate and beautiful. Just a few suggestions 1) stop on your way in and purchase any provisions for your stay. You’re up in the mountains and depending upon the timing of your visit, there may be a lot of traffic to get to a supermarket 2) make any dinner reservations prior to your visit—especially for the recommended restaurants 4) plan extra drive time if you stay during high season, as there will be 14 million other tourists on the roads and highways!

  We stayed a week at this beautiful, newly remodeled, luxury condo. The view was spectacular, the decorating is new and modern. Appliances are top end and the bathrooms are amazing. The pictures on the website do not do this place justice. Do not hesitate to book this condo. The VIP tickets with discounts on local attractions are a huge money saver. The staff were helpful and attentive. The housekeeping is immaculate. We will absolutely return next year. I have stayed at many lodgings in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and this is top of the line.

  We had an amazing stay at Highlands of the Smokies. These condos are brand new and everything was top notch. The views are some of the best we have seen with the long range mountains and the strip in sight as well. We saw two different bears from our balcony, which was exciting. It came with everything we needed to make breakfast each morning. The only thing I could not find was a hair dryer, but that certainly did not ruin our trip. We will be return guests!
