  I've been visiting Highlands for years but invited a couple coworkers for a girls trip. They were stunned with the views and cleanliness of the condo. The staff takes great care of you - shout out to Wes for working with my kids to deliver a surprise retirement gift for our stay. There was a surprise snow and I received an email informing of roads closed and even a phone call checking to make sure all was well with our visit. They were also helpful with alternate road information. Can't brag enough about how great the Highlands has always been - before and after the Gatlinburg fire. Will continue to go back as often as possible and recommend to everyone heading in that direction.
